We’re an independently-run, arts-focused camp where kids ages 7–16 design their own summer — choosing from painting, music, theater, fashion design, candle-making and more.
When kids have real choices, they grow.
As a camper choice summer camp, we design our days so campers have voice, ownership, and agency in their experience — all within a warm, thoughtfully guided structure.
Because confidence doesn’t come from being told what to do all day.

We offer everything a traditional sleepaway camp offers, but what we do really well is art!
Campers can choose from over 50 different activities such as…jewelry making, stained glass, fashion design, dance, glass making, blacksmithing, woodworking, musical theater, music, candle making and more!
Each activity is led by passionate artisans who are there to help foster the collaborative spirit we pride ourselves on.
We’ve got more traditional camp activities, too! From swimming to canoeing to tennis to horseback riding, Med-o-lark offers a variety of activities to keep your camper engaged for years to come!
