We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make Med-o-lark a safe, inclusive, and exciting experience for all campers!
By registering your camper, you acknowledge and agree to all Camp Med-o-lark policies, terms, and conditions outlined below.
payment Terms: ways to pay
Credit card or ACH/wire gets to us quickly, allowing us to process your camper’s registration and get moving on the exciting part — the summer! We encourage families whenever possible to pay via credit or ACH/wire.
If you’d prefer to pay by check, please make checks payable to Camp Med-o-lark with a mailing address of 82 Medolark Rd Washington, ME 04574.
tuition includes
Tuition covers room, board, laundry, all planned recreation (except off camp trips), and limited sickness/accident insurance. Not included in tuition: Transportation to/from camp, add-on trips, and the spending account (optional).
payment schedule
Full tuition is due by May 1. Prior to May 1, secure your camper’s spot with a $750 non-refundable deposit. Registrations made after May 1st must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
cancellation policy
Cancellations made prior to May 1st will be refunded less the $750 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued after May 1st.
Camper Dismissal & Refund Policy
Camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper who is disruptive, abusive, or requires emotional/physical support beyond what we can provide.
No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to behavioral issues or homesickness.
Prorated refunds may be granted in the case of documented medical or family emergencies.
Medical Authorization
By enrolling your camper, you grant permission for:
Camp-selected physicians to order x-rays, routine tests, and medical treatment as needed.
Emergency hospitalization, treatment, and (if necessary) anesthesia or surgery, if you cannot be reached.
Media & Communication Permissions
You give Camp Med-o-lark permission to use photos or videos of your camper for promotional or advertising purposes, in perpetuity, at no additional charge.
You consent to the camp using your family’s contact info as a reference for prospective families or staff.
Contact information may also be shared with your camper’s counselors or camp nurses but is otherwise treated as confidential.
Legal Terms
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
Legal matters must be brought before a court in Knox County, Maine.
