Jerry Hess, our beloved Head Chef, has been with Med-o-lark for 14 years. When he’s not at Medolark, he is overseeing a very large school kitchen in Pennsylvania. Jerry is passionate about healthy, locally sourced food. Jerry works closely with local farms to bring fresh, nutritious meals to camp and prefers to make meals from scratch instead of relying on frozen or processed meals. When he’s not cooking, he’s spending time with his two beloved dogs, Tillie and Fred. Thanks to Jerry’s care and creativity, Med-o-lark proudly serves some of the best camp food anywhere!
