Courtney Sayer returns for her second summer at Medolark as a Girls Head Counselor, bringing a calm, steady presence and a deeply caring approach to her work with campers and staff.

Originally from the UK, Courtney works closely with our youngest girls and is especially skilled at supporting homesick campers and guiding healthy, positive cabin dynamics.

Outside of camp, Courtney works as a pet groomer and has a genuine love for animals. She also holds a black belt in karate, reflecting her discipline, resilience, and quiet confidence.

Known for being quietly goofy, highly organized, and relentlessly hardworking, Courtney brings positivity and approachability to everything she does.
